For the past decades, the developments in Teck Guan group were all under Teck Guan Development (Sabah) Sdn Bhd. Total holdings include more than 4 million square feet of developed properties. TGDSB also owns several parcels of land that even been "land banked" for the purpose of future development.

However, we decided to broaden our capacity in government projects, allotting 51% Bumiputera shares into Wawasan Megaprima Sdn Bhd.
