ABOUT US

The company is a subsidiary of the well diversified Teck Guan Group of companies (http://www.teckguan.com/) with its headquarters in Tawau, Sabah. From its humble beginnings as a pioneer in cocoa cultivation back in the 1950s, the company has since diversified into manufacturing of cocoa products in 1975 and new oil palm planting were completed in 2007. Its growth is attributable to the innovation, dedication and experience of the management and workforce, quality products, research and development and a good marketing and distribution network.

The Company currently has three (3) wholly owned subsidiaries companies, Cacao Paramount Sdn Bhd which activities are processing of cocoa products, trading of crude palm kernel oil and the operation of kernel crushing plant and oil palm plantation, Majulah Koko Tawau Sdn Bhd’s activities are the processing and sale of cocoa butter, cocoa powder and other cocoa products and the export of trading produce, and Tawau Cocoa Estate Sdn Bhd which owns cocoa and oil palm plantations.
