Teck Guan Development (Sabah) Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Teck Guan Group of Companies, was incorporated in 1962. Its core objective is to offer and provide Development Management, Project Management, Construction Management and Implementation of cost efficient and top quality services to clients for all types of residential, commercial and industrial projects.

Since its inception, Teck Guan Development (Sabah) Sdn Bhd had aggressively involved in civil engineering and building construction such as hotel, schools, multi-storey commercial buildings in various parts of Sabah State. In line with Teck Guan 's expansion between 80's and 90's, it had under took major in-house projects such as Teck Guan Warehouses, factories, offices, buildings and estate housings. With the increasing number of projects and well establishment, it later ventured into residential housing and commercial shop lot development in Tawau, Lahad Datu and Sandakan.

Today, Teck Guan Development (Sabah) Sdn Bhd is formed by a team of Engineers, top managers and qualified construction personnel with diverse experience in projects ranging from government flats, multi-storey buildings, eleven storey training tower to prestigious landmark projects such as national sport complex, state indoor stadium and shopping complex. Currently, it undertakes the construction of the third Teck Guan Palm Oil Mill in Sabah.
