Kazuo Inamori (稲盛 和夫 Inamori Kazuo) (born January 30, 1932 in Kagoshima, Japan) is a philanthropist, Japanese entrepreneur and the founder of Kyocera Corporation and KDDI Corporation.

Extraordinary man, that is how I would describe Kazuo Inamori when I first met this great man in Qingdao, China in October 2010 and came away greatly impressed. He,with dreams to be number one since childhood, singlehandedly transformed his business empire from a small specialized ceramic factory into two multinational high-tech Fortune 500 conglomerates.We found out that we share some common dreams but could only achieve barely in the high tech aspect and hopefully will bring great success to us. Teck Guan has already begun to learn his philosophy by setting up weekly reading club for its staff. His philosophies applied in business management should be studied by others.
